We will listen closely in order to custom tailor your massage treatment to meet your specific needs, using a prescriptive approach involving a wide range of modalities (deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, trigger point, accupressure etc.) and techniques that work together to support the restoration of movement and balance.
